Black Sage 22cm Smudge Stick

Black Sage, Salvia mellifera, could help with restful sleep and pleasant dreams. Burning black sage is said to provide protection on spiritual dream journeys and enhance such visions. Sage is often used to cleanse a person or area of negative energy. Black Sage is produced from the common mugwort plant, Artemisia vulgaris, which grows on the coast of Mexico and California. When the leaves are dry, they can be burned.

This is bound black sage with a length of 22cm. In this way it is easy to ignite. As soon as the top of the smudge stick is lit you can wave it with a feather and spread the smoke over objects, people and in all corners of a room.

Sage has a sharp, very pungent smell, to be described as spicy. Not everyone experiences this smell as pleasant. It is therefore more functional than a pleasant home fragrance.
